Justin Ipema is a professional with extensive experience in operations and finance, currently serving as the Build Center Operations Manager at Grainger since September 2022. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Senior Financial Analyst in Customer Solutions and served as the Nike Supply Chain-Finance Manager from 2021 to 2022. A veteran of the United States Marine Corps from 2008 to 2021, Justin has an educational background that includes a Master's degree in Accounting (2022-2023) and an MBA (2019-2021) from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, as well as a Bachelor of Science in English from the United States Naval Academy (2011-2015).
