Andrew Odell has extensive experience in the legal field, currently serving as Chief of Staff and CLO at W. M. Keck Observatory since November 2016, a role that includes responsibilities as Legal Affairs Officer and Contracts & Purchasing Officer. Prior to this position, Andrew practiced law as an Attorney at Andrew G. Odell, AAL, LLLC from October 2016 to August 2022, and gained further experience as an Associate at Carlsmith Ball LLP and Cades Schutte LLP between 2010 and 2016. Andrew began their legal career as a Legal Assistant at the Law Offices of Robert Marx from 2003 to 2007. Academically, Andrew Odell earned a J.D. from the University of Hawai'i at Manoa - William S. Richardson School of Law and a BA in General Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
