Owen Dugger is an experienced professional in the field of virtual construction and mechanical engineering. Currently serving as a VDC Project Manager at W.M. Jordan Company since November 2017, Owen previously held the position of Virtual Construction Engineer within the same organization. Prior to this role, Owen worked as a Mechanical Supervisor at Norfolk Southern Corporation from June 2015 to September 2016. Owen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Virginia Military Institute, completed in 2015.
