Michele Minichiello is a seasoned Project Engineer currently employed at W.M. Jordan Company since 2015, where responsibilities have included overseeing the construction of a two-story marketplace office building in Newport News, VA. Previous experience includes serving as Manager of Quality Control at Homeland Contracting Corporation, focusing on inspections, operations manuals, and quality control reporting, along with a role as Project Engineer managing the construction of a Tough Mudder Race event. Additionally, Michele gained hands-on experience as an intern at Homeland Contracting Corporation, participating in estimating and contributing to the Tough Mudder Buffalo project.
