Cap League has extensive experience in the construction industry, currently serving as an Assistant Project Superintendent and previously as a Project Engineer at W.M. Jordan Company since May 2018. Prior roles include internships at W.M. Jordan Company, where responsibilities included collaborating on projects at NASA Langley Research Center and a church expansion in Williamsburg, Virginia, along with quality control tasks and subcontractor interactions. Cap League also gained experience at Simon Contractors as a Project Manager/Construction Intern, where involvement included bidding jobs and fieldwork alongside an asphalt crew. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Military Institute, obtained in 2018.
