Crystal Fung is an experienced Ecommerce Specialist currently employed at W.M. Barr & Company, Inc. since June 2022. Prior to this role, Crystal served as a Direct to Consumer Digital Optimization Analyst at Thrasio, and held various positions at Wayfair, including E-commerce Merchandising Senior Associate and Ecommerce Merchandising Associate. Crystal's early experience includes an internship in Digital Product Management at Bed Bath & Beyond, where responsibilities included creating product strategies, performing competitive analysis, and designing user flows for conversational commerce solutions. Crystal started the professional journey as an Operations Intern at AMP Textiles. Crystal holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a focus on Business Analytics and IT Management from Babson College and has also studied at Hong Kong Baptist University.
