Sherry Slick, CHCIO, CPHIMS, is an accomplished Chief Information Officer with extensive experience in the healthcare sector. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Vytalize Health since February 2024, Sherry previously held the same position at the Indiana Hemophilia & Thrombosis Center, Inc. and Marathon Health. Sherry is also the founder and former Chief Executive Officer of AchieveEHR, a consulting firm dedicated to advancing electronic health record adoption. In addition to various leadership roles, including on the Board of Directors for the Indiana HIMSS Chapter, Sherry has an educational background in Health Information Management from Indiana University Indianapolis and Computer Science from Ball State University. Volunteer efforts include serving as a Choir Coordinator for the Indianapolis Children's Choir.
