Shelley Hotchkiss currently serves as Vice President of Universal Retail Banking at VyStar Credit Union, a position held since October 2023, where responsibilities include managing Branch and Contact Center operations, coaching personnel, and driving membership growth. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Commerce Bank as Personal Banker II, Team Lead, and at Budget HC&P as an Operations Specialist. Shelley held the position of District Director of Operations at TMX Finance Family of Companies, overseeing multiple retail locations and associates, and previously spent two decades at H&R Block in various roles, ultimately becoming District General Manager.
