Camilla is an Associate Professor at Politecnico di Milano where she leads a team of 10 researchers. She works in projects funded by the European Commission, ESA and ASI on space debris modelling and mitigation, planetary protection, asteroid, formation flying, mission analysis and design. She is PI of the ERC project COMPASS. She serves as ASI delegate at the IADC and the COPUOS Space Mission Planning Advisory Group.
