Sachin Sankpal currently serves as the Head of Group Excellence and Digitalization at Vynova Group, a position held since January 2023. Prior to this, Sachin worked at DSM from June 2014 to December 2022 as the Global Business Excellence Director, where responsibilities included delivering continuous improvement solutions and defining digital roadmaps to enhance productivity. Additionally, Sachin held roles at DSM, including Global Director of Safety, Health, Environment & Quality, and Global Operational Excellence Leader, focusing on safety performance and lean Six Sigma methodologies. Previous experience includes managing a capital projects portfolio at Orica and leading manufacturing excellence initiatives at DSM. Early career roles included positions as Process Technologist & Assistant Plant Manager at Kraton Corporation and Production Engineer at Indian Petrochemicals Corporation Ltd. Sachin holds a Master of Science in Advanced Technology in Petrochemicals from IFP School and a Bachelor of Engineering in Petrochemical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology.
