Jingyu Lu has held several positions in the finance industry. In 2013, they were a Summer Internship at Bank of Communications Limited, where they accomplished the detailed information of loan, treasury products, guarantees and other financial services in a short period of time. In 2014, they were a Summer Internship at HSBC Commercial Banking. In 2016, they were an Intern Analyst at Citi Orient Securities, where they participated in follow-on offering for chemical industry, reviewed annual reports, summarized key indexes, and consolidated daily data of PIPE market. In 2017, they were a Summer Internship at Everbright Securities, where they supported the Financial Engineering group in the research department, aggregated large fund data, and made comparisons of the hedge fund industry of China with other countries. Jingyu also monitored market daily movement and assisted in writing weekly options and futures research reports. In 2018, they were a Data Analyst at Bloomberg LP. Finally, in 2019, they were a Finance Associate at Vydia.

Jingyu Lu obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Finance from Nanjing Agricultural University in 2016, and a Master in Quantitive Finance and Risk Analytics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2017.
