John Bibb currently serves as Group CEO and Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Secretary at Vyaire Medical since October 2021. Prior to this role, John held multiple positions at Acelity from June 2003 to October 2019, including Executive Vice President and General Counsel, where John acted as the chief legal advisor to boards and executive teams, notably leading significant transactions that transformed the company. Additionally, John served as Chief Human Resources Officer, overseeing the HR transformation and modernizing employee programs. Earlier in John's career, John worked as a Corporate Associate at Cox Smith Matthews Incorporated and Baker Botts LLP, as well as an attorney intern in Madrid, Spain. John holds a JD from Baylor University School of Law and a BA in economics, political science, and Spanish from Texas A&M University.
