Shaunetta Wiggins is an experienced operations manager currently overseeing daily operations at VXI Global Solutions since April 2024. Previously, Shaunetta held senior roles at Everise and served as a corporate trainer at Gallagher. With extensive experience in managing training programs and operational systems, Shaunetta has also worked as a supervisor at Asurion and in various capacities at TELUS International, where skills in training development and personnel management were honed. Early career experience includes serving as a site manager at HSBC, where performance targets and training initiatives were developed. Shaunetta holds a diploma in International Business from the College of Southern Nevada and a high school diploma from Durango High School.
