Riyel Gonzales, PMP, is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in operations and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at VXI Global Solutions, LLC since November 2021, Riyel has held key roles such as Project Manager II and Operations Manager II at TDCX from April 2019 to November 2021, and various managerial positions at Concentrix from February 2014 to February 2019. Riyel's career began at Ingram Micro and eTelecare Global Solutions in customer service and operational roles. Riyel holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Santo Tomas and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the Asian Institute of Management, with an expected graduation date in March 2026.
