Michael Lim has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Michael started their career as an HRD Assistant, maintaining manpower for multiple branches and performing various HR tasks. Michael then worked as a Research Assistant, conducting interviews with IT professionals. Michael later joined Asia Select Inc., where they served as a Psychometrician and Associate, managing recruitment and selection for the Business Process Outsourcing industry.
In their subsequent roles at Cevera Technology Group, eTelecare Global Solutions, and Stream Global Services, Michael held positions as a Recruitment Specialist, Analyst, and Team Manager, overseeing recruitment activities and conducting talent sourcing.
Most recently, they served in leadership roles at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, where they started as a Talent Acquisition Manager and then progressed to a Senior Manager and currently an Associate Director. In these positions, they led and managed recruitment and selection for various corporate departments across multiple locations.
Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated strong leadership abilities, coaching and developing high-performing teams to achieve consistent results.
Michael Lim completed their high school education at Infant Jesus Academy from 1991 to 1995. Michael went on to obtain their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas from 1995 to 2000. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Psychology, specializing in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, at De La Salle University from 2004 to 2007.
