Lisa Cowsert

Lisa Cowsert has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies in various roles. Lisa started their career at Frontier in 1996, where they worked in residential sales and service until 2001. Lisa then transitioned to business sales and service until 2006. In 2005, they joined Frontier Communications and held positions such as sales and customer service supervisor, sr. systems analyst, team lead sr. systems analyst, HR generalist, manager of end user billing, sr. manager operations of strategic partnerships, and director of strategic partnerships. In 2010, they also worked at Frontier as a lead analyst. From 2017 to 2023, Lisa worked at SYKES as a Sr. Director of Operations, overseeing operating performance and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders. Currently, they are serving as the Sr. Director of Client Services at VXI Global Solutions, LLC.

Lisa Cowsert earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Arizona from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA in Human Resources Management from Strayer University-Maryland from 2008 to 2011. Lisa also holds an AAS degree from Fulton Montgomery, completed in 1995. Additionally, they have received certifications in various areas such as Decision-Making Strategies, Influencing Others, Sales Foundations, Strategic Partnerships, Critical Thinking, Strategic Thinking, and Speaking Confidently and Effectively, with most of them obtained in 2022. One certification in Speaking Confidently and Effectively was acquired in 2021.
