Bam Lopez is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director at VXI Global Solutions since December 2016, responsible for overseeing departmental activities and leading team members. Previous roles include Senior Operations Manager and Operations Manager, where focus included client and employee satisfaction while adhering to Service Level Agreements. Prior to this, Bam held the position of Project Lead at VXI Global Holdings, overseeing the establishment of a new site in San Salvador City, and served as Senior Team Lead at VXI Global Solutions, LLC, mentoring a transition team of agents. Bam holds a Bachelor's degree in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing and has education from the University of Santo Tomas – Legazpi and Ateneo de Manila University.
