Umut Ceyda Serhat is an Associate Consultant at Valens Research and VX Dynamic, positions held since May 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Student Ambassador for UNDP and a Senior Year Project Engineer at Bakioğlu Holding from November 2022 to July 2023. Additionally, Umut worked as an E-Commerce Specialist at Coca-Cola İçecek and as a Camp Counselor with Camp America in the summer of 2022. Earlier roles include a Corporate Performance Management Intern at Borusan Makina ve Güç Sistemleri/Caterpillar and a Marketing and Sponsorship Team Leader at Spotlighter. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University (2019-2023) and a high school diploma in Science from Kadıköy Anadolu Lisesi and Maarif Koleji (2014-2019). Active involvement in the Operational Research Club includes the role of Executive Board Member and Project Leader for the Business For All initiative, enhancing teamwork and problem-solving skills.
