Lieve Leroy is a highly experienced professional in the field of education and speech-language pathology. Currently serving as a Strategic Education Advisor at VVOB since October 2008, Lieve provides technical advice on teacher professional development in Rwanda, focusing on early childhood and primary education. Previous roles include supporting the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam, various educational projects in South Africa, and capacity development in Zambian primary teacher training colleges. Lieve's background also includes experience as a speech-language pathologist and lecturer, with educational credentials from the University of Ghent and HIPB St Vincentius. The breadth of Lieve's expertise spans multiple countries, with a strong emphasis on improving educational quality and professional development.
