Kirsten Janssen - Beentjes has extensive experience in healthcare management and nursing, currently serving as the Program Coordinator for the National Action Plan on Autonomy & Resilience and as a Strategic Advisor at V&VN (Verpleegkundigen & Verzorgenden Nederland) since July 2018. Prior roles include leadership positions at Ziekenhuis Gelderse Vallei as the Head of Intensive Care and as an Assistant Nurse Manager at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, where contributions included establishing the Intensive Care Unit during the hospital's launch phase. With a bachelor's degree in Registered Nursing from Saxion University of Applied Sciences and a master’s degree in Health Care Management from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Kirsten has demonstrated a strong commitment to nursing excellence and advocacy throughout a career spanning over a decade in various healthcare settings.
