Danielle van der Meer is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in healthcare strategy, management consulting, and information technology. Currently serving as the Director of Healthcare at IG&H since February 2024, Danielle is also a Boardmember for the Platform Verpleegkundige Zorg- & Informatie technologie (VZI) at V&VN since April 2021. Previous roles include Managing Consultant Healthcare at Beter Healthcare, Business Proposition Manager at Aurelius Life, and Program Manager/Product Manager at Nictiz, where Danielle played a key role in the development of information standards for long-term care and mental health. Danielle’s career includes significant contributions at Accenture as a Senior Executive in Strategy & Management Consulting and various project management positions in notable organizations such as ALERT Life Sciences Computing, General Electric Healthcare, and Sensis Corporation. Danielle holds a Master’s degree in Healthcare and Nursing Informatics and has completed advanced management studies at Nyenrode Business University.
