Tony Marshall is an experienced data protection professional with a strong background in compliance and cyber security. Currently serving as the Director of Data Protection Services at Privacy People since September 2022, Tony Marshall also holds the position of Privacy, Data Protection & Compliance Manager at both HECTIC (EUROPE) LTD and vvast, where significant achievements include implementing comprehensive data protection frameworks and obtaining Cyber Essentials Plus and ISO 27001 certifications. Previously, Tony Marshall co-founded Hectic People Limited, a boutique consultancy offering data protection and cyber security services, and served as Data Protection Manager at Protecture Limited, where responsibilities included managing client data protection needs across various sectors. Tony Marshall holds a certification in Understanding the General Data Protection Regulation from the University of Groningen.
