Guy Polman is an experienced Business Change Manager at VvAA since February 2014, leading strategic change initiatives, customer service models, and digital strategies. Previously, Guy has held various leadership roles, including Manager of the Servicedesk, Team Lead for aftercare and interest-only mortgages, and worked on process optimization within VvAA Asset Management. Prior experiences include internships at EY in audit and financial services, as well as recruitment management with AIESEC. Guy holds a Master of Science in Accounting & Control and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
