Joanne Breeze has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Joanne began their career in 1999 at Cingular Wireless as a Sr. Systems Analyst (PeopleSoft) and later became a Sr. Business Analyst/Project Manager. In 2004, they joined LifeWire as the Director and remained in that role for seven years until 2010. During their time at LifeWire, they demonstrated their leadership abilities and achieved notable success. Joanne then returned to Vulcan, Inc. as a Sr. Business Applications Analyst from 2006 to 2010. In 2011, they participated in the Leadership Tomorrow - Seattle program as part of the Class of 2012. Following that, they served as a Board Member at Northwest SEED from 2012 to 2016. Currently, Joanne holds the position of Sr. Program Manager at Vulcan, Inc. since October 2014. Throughout their career, Joanne has developed a strong skill set and a track record of delivering exceptional results.

Joanne Breeze obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Information Systems and Accounting from the University of Washington. Joanne attended the university from 1995 to 2000. In addition to their degree, Joanne also holds a certification as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, which they obtained from Prosci in April 2019.
