Raymond Masciarella's work experience begins with their current role at VulcanForms Inc. Raymond has been working at the company since 2021, starting as an Optical Engineer and later transitioning to the role of Optical Manufacturing Manager in May 2023.
Prior to their tenure at VulcanForms Inc., Raymond worked at the W Bradford Ingalls Charitable Foundation starting in 2014. In this role, they served as the Director of Gift Giving, where they were responsible for reviewing grant applications, approving grant awards to 501C3 applicants, reviewing financial performance documents, and managing assets exceeding 11 million dollars. Raymond also formed relationships with charities in South Florida, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. During their time as Director of Gift Giving, Raymond expanded the network of 501C3 charities and played a significant role in securing millions of dollars in funding for various projects in South Florida, Greater Boston, and New Hampshire.
Additionally, Raymond held the position of Board Trustee at the W Bradford Ingalls Charitable Foundation from July 2014 to December 2020.
Raymond Masciarella attended the University of Central Florida from 2014 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Photonic Science and Engineering during the same period.
In terms of additional certifications, Raymond Masciarella completed the "Optical system design with Zemax OpticStudio" program at Ansys Zemax in November 2022. Raymond also completed the "Excel 2019 Essential Training" course at Lynda.com in May 2019.
