Suhas Kadam currently serves as MEP Design Manager at VTP Realty since May 2023, specializing in design, drawing validation, and project coordination across water supply, sewerage, stormwater, and fire fighting systems. Previously, Suhas held the position of MEP Manager at Rohan Builders and Manager - MEP at XRBIA Developers, where key responsibilities included work scheduling, cost analysis, and site inspections. With experience dating back to 2010, Suhas has worked in various roles ranging from Deputy Manager at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. to Assistant Manager MEP Design at Consolidated Consultants and Engineers Pvt. Ltd., demonstrating expertise in MEP design and implementation. Suhas holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Environmental Engineering from Shivaji University, Kolhapur.
