Nikki Singh is currently the Co-Chief Executive Officer at VGroup Ventures, a position they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they were the Director of Business Development at VTeamLabs LLC from 2017 to 2021, where they were responsible for building successful relationships with client's business and technical teams to drive measurable revenues across different service lines, identifying key relationships with customer prospects to drive discussions on technology outsourcing business guidance and strategic sourcing initiatives, and building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Business Development Executive at BrickRed Systems, where they were responsible for building business relationships, selling the overall Jobillico concept and scheduling meetings with new clients for the inside sales team, taking part in all market development activities, and working in close collaboration with the inside sales team in assigned vertical/industry segments to generate new business for the organisation.

Nikki Singh attended the Graduate School Of Business & Administration from 1995 to 1997, where they earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Human Resources.
