Jill Stallman currently serves as the Enterprise Risk Manager at VTA, a position held since May 2024, and is actively involved in various committees, including the Threat Assessment Team and the Large Loss Settlement Committee. Prior to VTA, Jill worked at Santa Clara University as the Assistant Director of Risk Management & Insurance, where responsibilities included overseeing risk management programs and engaging the organization in a culture of risk management. Jill's extensive experience also includes roles as Corporate Risk & Insurance Manager at Weee!, Principal FasTrak Program Coordinator at the Metropolitan Transportation Commission, and Claims Manager for various public entities. Educated at the University of Michigan with an MBA in International Business and Finance, Jill is further enhancing expertise through ongoing professional education in risk management.
