Asha Anandas currently serves as the Associate Manager of Human Resources at vSplash since January 2024. Prior to this role, Asha worked at Arcserve as the Lead in Human Resources from June 2017 to January 2024. Asha's career also includes positions as an HR Specialist at Selectsys America Inc from November 2016 to April 2017, an HR Generalist at NewWave Computing Pvt Ltd from May 2014 to November 2016, and an HR Executive at a confidential company from June 2012 to May 2014. Asha holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from St. Martins Institute of Business Management, achieved between 2010 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Science with majors in maths, physics, and computer science from Kasturba Degree and PG College for Women, completed in 2010.
