Dana Dource has extensive experience in the vision care industry, serving in various roles at VSP Vision Care since 1996, currently holding the position of Director of Client Management Operations/Business Support & Technology. In this role, Dana leads teams of over 50 employees and contractors, focusing on customer-specific services in the EDI Batch Load process and high-profile account implementations. Prior positions at VSP included EDI Membership Coordinator Team Lead and EDI Membership Analyst, where Dana was instrumental in developing business processes and maintaining electronic relationships with clients. Additionally, Dana has experience in real estate as a realtor with 1st American Realty from 2004 to 2011.
