Rachel Diamond-Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

Rachel worked at VSolvit as a Release Train Engineer, where they facilitated remote and hybrid planning events and coordinated synchronization events.

Prior to that, they served as a Scrum Master and User Experience Consultant, contributing to user-centered design and analyzing requirements.

Rachel Diamond-Jones completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Old Dominion University from 2007 to 2011. Rachel then pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Graphic Design with a specialization in Multimedia at Tidewater Community College from 2015 to 2016.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Rachel Diamond-Jones has obtained several certifications. Rachel received the Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2023. Prior to that, in August 2022, they earned the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from the same institution. Rachel achieved the Certified SAFe® 5 Scrum Master certification in January 2021 and the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification in September 2020, both from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, they obtained the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification from CompTIA in November 2021.
