Kaday Sibanda currently serves as the Director of Operations at VSO, overseeing strategic and operational leadership for country and functional teams to achieve key deliverables and contributing to global programme strategy. In previous roles at VSO, Kaday held the positions of Regional Director for Southern Africa and Interim Director for the Southern Africa Region, focusing on programmatic leadership and ensuring regional performance against key performance indicators. Prior experience includes leading the Lead Africa Fellowship Programme at LEAD International, providing programme oversight as Regional Director for Southern Africa with Habitat for Humanity International, and managing donor relations at Consumers International. Kaday's career also includes significant management roles at Farm Community Trust of Zimbabwe, where responsibilities spanned from deputy director to programming and community development. Kaday holds a Master of Arts in Education and International Development from Johann Wolfgang Goethe University Frankfurt and a Master of Science in Home Economics and Nutrition from Polytechnic College of Fulda, Germany.
