The Directorate Team at VSA oversees strategic leadership and operational management across the organization's core service areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality social care and support to older people, individuals with mental health issues, carers, those with additional support needs, and people with autism in Aberdeen. This team includes the Director of HR, Director of Children, Families & Education Services, and Director of Adult Services, who collaborate to align the charity’s goals with community needs and regulatory requirements.
