NING Wei has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Director of the Daytrading Section and a Day Trader at Titletrading. From 2009 to 2016, they were a Partner and Director of the U.S. Stock Trading Department at KUNSHI Investment Company. From 2016 to 2019, they were an Independent Business Owner at Great Plan Inc. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Software Developer at ESFE, a Software Engineer at CrossCompute, and a Software Development Engineer Intern at Amazon Web Services (AWS). Currently, they are a Data Engineer and Back End Developer at Quant Vortex, and a Software Engineer at VS Media.

NING Wei has an education history spanning from 2003 to 2021. In 2003, they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Qingdao University in Industry & Business. From 2017 to 2019, they obtained a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from Queens College. From 2020 to 2021, they were enrolled in a Master of Computer Science program at Arizona State University, though they did not complete the program. In addition to their formal education, NING Wei has also obtained two certifications: a Certificate of Achievement CodePath iOS Development from CodePath in June 2019, and an AWS Certified Developer - Associate (English) from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2018.
