Bradley Arnold is a seasoned manufacturing professional with extensive experience in the plastics industry. Currently serving as the Director of Manufacturing at VRC Engineered Solutions since March 2019, Bradley oversees multiple departments with approximately 175 employees, focusing on company growth through cross-functional collaboration. Previously, as Production Manager at Cascadia Custom Molding, and Manufacturing Manager at Vaupell, Bradley honed skills in managing large teams and manufacturing processes. Early career roles included Plant Manager at Cashmere Molding, where all aspects of injection molding were managed, as well as positions at Plastec and Nypro Oregon. Bradley holds credentials as an Internal Auditor for AS9100C/ISO 9001:2008 from ETI Group.
