Felipe Freitas has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in the technology industry. Felipe currently serves as the Lead Data Platform Engineer at VR Smart Guide, where they are responsible for designing and architecting the data platform, as well as overseeing the development process.

Prior to this, Felipe was the Co-Founder and CTO of Ensaio Fácil, a role they held since 2018. Felipe co-founded the company and was responsible for overseeing the technology aspects of the business.

Felipe also served as the Head of Technology at Martins Castro from March 2021 to April 2023. In this role, they managed the technology functions of the company.

Before that, Felipe held senior positions at PinPag and Alerta App - Serviços de tecnologia, where they were responsible for server-side API development, support for management systems, and ensuring quality and good development practices.

Furthermore, Felipe has worked as a Senior Tech Lead at Westwing - Casa e Decoração and as the Co-Founder and CTO of OpenCoding. Felipe also served as an IT Manager at fri.to.

Throughout their career, Felipe has utilized various languages and technologies such as Angular, Python (Flask), React Native, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AWS Cloud Infrastructure.

Felipe Freitas completed a technical degree in Informática (Computer Science) from Centro Paula Souza from 2007 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2007, they also pursued a technical degree in Mecatrônica (Mechatronics) from the same institution.

In addition to their formal education, Felipe has also obtained several certifications from Udemy. In April 2020, they achieved the "DevOps: AWS com Terraform" certification. The same year, in June 2020, they completed the "Ionic 5 - Build iOS, Android & Web Apps with Ionic & Angular" course. In April 2020, they became an "Arquiteto de Soluções Certificado da AWS - Associado" (Certified AWS Solutions Architect - Associate). More recently, in August 2020, Felipe completed the "Progressive Web Apps (PWA) - The Complete Guide" course. Felipe'smost recent certification, acquired in July 2021, is in "DevOps: AWS com Terraform - Automatizando sua infraestrutura" (DevOps: AWS with Terraform - Automating your infrastructure).
