Juha-Pekka Höijer is currently the Head of Procurement at VR FleetCare, where Juha-Pekka oversees rail fleet maintenance, lifecycle services, and manufacturing. With a background in procurement and category management, Juha-Pekka has held various senior roles at companies like Danfoss Power Solutions, Outotec, and Metso. Juha-Pekka is also experienced in project and automation engineering, having worked at UPM-Kymmene. Juha-Pekka holds a Master's degree in Energy Technology/Energy Economy from Lappeenranta University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Electric Power Technology from the Technical College of Imatra.
