Dillon Leary has a comprehensive work experience in finance and accounting. Dillon began their career as an Audit In-Charge at Deloitte in September 2016. Afterwards, they worked as a Senior Accountant at Battelle from February 2017 to January 2018, where they were responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, ensuring compliance with internal controls, and maintaining accounting procedures in accordance with applicable laws and standards. Following this, Dillon joined VPL, where they held several positions, including Controller from November 2020 to February 2022, Director of Finance and Accounting from February 2022 to September 2022, Vice President of Finance and Accounting from September 2022 to July 2023, and currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer.

Dillon Leary obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting from Ohio University, completing their education from 2009 to 2014.
