Anthony Fetter, P.E. currently serves as Senior Counsel at VP Racing Fuels since May 2021. Prior to this role, Anthony held positions as General Counsel at Genesis Networks Enterprises from March 2016 to April 2021, and as Senior Attorney at HNTB from June 2012 to January 2016. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Business Group Counsel at Zachry Industrial, Inc. from September 2007 to June 2012, and as Associate Attorney at Coats | Rose and Mills Shirley LLP between March 2006 and March 2006. Anthony also worked in the legal department of Zachry Industrial, Inc. from November 2003 to April 2005, and began a career in engineering as a Transportation Engineer at Caltrans from 1998 to 2003 and as an Estimator at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. from 1997 to 1998. Anthony Fetter earned a Juris Doctor from the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law and a BS in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
