Allie Ogden is an experienced professional in organizational culture and employee engagement, currently serving as the Director of Culture at Voze since December 2022. Responsibilities include developing and implementing employee experience initiatives, HR policies, and office management strategies, with a focus on enhancing company culture and fostering a positive work environment. Prior to Voze, Allie held the position of Culture Manager at MX from March 2020 to October 2022, managing the headquarters culture team and overseeing company-wide initiatives and employee recognition programs. Additional experience includes roles at Mikarose Clothing, G54 Design Apparel, Great Mountain West Supply, and The Children's Place, contributing to a comprehensive background in operations and customer service. Allie Ogden studied at Salt Lake Community College from 2013 to 2015.
