Ryan Stec has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as Vice President of Sourcing at Voyant Beauty since August 2020. At KIK Custom Products, Ryan held positions such as Director of Procurement and Divisional Director of Purchasing over a ten-year period. Previous experience includes roles at AM General as Team Lead for New Business and materials management at The Odyssey Group. Education includes a C.P.M. from the Institute for Supply Management, a Supply Chain Management certification from Indiana University South Bend, and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Philosophy from Ball State University.
