Tom Armstrong is currently working as the Head of Customer Analysis and Insight at Voya Financial since March 2014. Prior to this role, Tom also held the position of Director of Project Management and Technology Solutions at ING since July 2008. Tom has a strong background in technology and service delivery, having served as the VP at CitiStreet LLC from 1996 to 2008. Tom completed their education at Cornell University from 1992 to 1996.
