Every design decision, feature, and piece of code must contribute to such a level of User Experience so that everyone will fall in love with it. This is the only way to unite the entire world.
Every attempt to improve things must be supported within a team. We believe that failure is just an experience that can bring much value.
To be efficient, we should always ask ourselves why I am doing this or another thing? Why am I working on this particular product? What is the real value behind it? Will it make somebody's life better?
One of the core values of our startup is transparency. If we want to define and solve real problems that could be our bottlenecks in different processes, we must create an environment where it's not just possible but essential to talk about problems, share them and hunt them with technics like "five whys?". Colleagues must be rewarded for their efforts to identify and share concerns.
Design is the first thing the user interacts with. Times when you could create a good product with bad design and expect success are in the past, and thus we believe that we have not just to love design but marry it.
If you love ideas, you have to criticize them because, in this way, you will give a chance for precious ideas to get to the top. For us, it's crucial to create a collaborative and creative environment where people can develop ideas and test them immediately with their fellow teammates.
