Christopher Ruiz is a dedicated Cloud Engineer at Voxai Solutions since July 2022, bringing extensive experience from a long-standing role as Installation Technician Lead at Geek Squad, where involvement began in January 2017. In this position, Christopher adapted to dynamic retail priorities, trained new installers for MECP certification, and optimized budget utilization while enhancing client satisfaction, ultimately establishing a prominent hub for auto technician services in the DFW area. Additionally, as a Home Theater Installer Agent, Christopher excelled in client communication and collaboration on the design and installation of custom audio-visual systems for both residential and commercial environments, contributing to major projects such as AT&T stadium updates. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Computer Information Systems from the University of North Texas and an Associate of Science degree from North Central Texas College.
