With a background in sales and leadership roles at companies like Bulgari, COTY Inc., and Estee Lauder, Charles has proven experience in driving regional brand strategies, managing teams, and exceeding sales targets. Charles also has experience in trade marketing and sales analysis from his time at L'Oreal S.A. and Nestle. Graduating from EDHEC Business School with a degree in Marketing, Charles is a seasoned professional with a strong background in the industry.
