Jay (Jusung) Chai is a highly skilled software developer and quality assurance engineer with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Interac Corp. since March 2024, Jay is responsible for collaborating with the development team and managing the Vouchr product. Previously, Jay held roles at Vouchr since May 2020, progressing from Software Developer to Senior Quality Assurance Engineer and Automation Lead. At BTI Solutions, Inc., from August 2015 to March 2019, Jay excelled as a Senior Software QA Engineer for Samsung Electronics Canada, where responsibilities included automating test scripts, leading QA teams, and ensuring successful software releases for numerous Samsung mobile products. Jay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from McMaster University and completed a Web Development Bootcamp at Lighthouse Labs.
