Nick Garland is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering at VoucherCodes since April 2015, overseeing all software engineering teams and focusing on high-quality code delivery and team motivation. Prior roles included Director of Engineering, Senior Software Engineering Manager, Data Engineering Manager, Senior Software Engineer, and Software Engineer II at the same company, where Nick led key projects, modernized the data stack, and developed internal tools. Earlier experience includes full stack development at Coreware and technical consulting at Hireserve Limited, where Nick worked with diverse technologies such as Oracle PL/SQL, Java, and ExtJS. Nick holds a BSc in Computer Science from the University of Surrey.
