Carlos Henrique Nascimento Barbosa is an experienced compliance professional with a robust background in developing and managing compliance programs across various sectors. Currently serving as a Compliance Consultant at Votorantim, responsibilities include drafting internal policies, managing compliance platforms, and delivering training. Previous roles include Compliance Pleno at GRUPO SBF, and Compliance Associate at Carneiros e Dipp Advogados, where Carlos implemented compliance programs in large organizations. Additional experience includes working as a Compliance Specialist at Piquet, Magaldi e Guedes Advogados and serving on the Anti-Corruption Legislation and Compliance Committee at OAB/DF.
