In 2017, they became the Chief Operations Officer at WarmUp, LLC. In 2018, they held the roles of Director of Operations and Assistant Regional Director at Zero Gravity Basketball. In 2019, they were the Social Media Manager and National Account Manager at Votacall. In 2020, they worked as a Golf Operations at Discovery Land Company and a Property Manager at Aqualani.

Charles Gibson obtained their Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from Suffolk University between 2014 and 2017. Charles also holds a certification from IIBA in Business Management.
