Jeffrey Carsten is an experienced professional with a diverse background in programming, manufacturing, and emergency services. Currently serving as a Programmer at VOSS Automotive, Inc. since August 2019, Jeffrey previously worked as a Mold Maker at Roembke Mfg. & Design from October 1999 to July 2019. In addition, Jeffrey has been a Volunteer Firefighter and EMT Basic with the Roanoke Volunteer Fire Department since 2012. Educational qualifications include a Tool and Die degree from Anthis Career Center (1995-1998) and training as a Commercial Diver from The Ocean Corporation (1990-1991), where skills in commercial diving, non-destructive testing (NDT), diver medicine, and hazardous materials were acquired.
